Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS depending on your location and order size.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Import Duties & Taxes For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are determined by your local customs authority.
